Starting in January, I will offer my first ever (very affordable = $89) Neurocycle online community experience, where we go through the 63 days of the Neurocycle together.This will give you the structure, support, inspiration community, accountability and the coaching you need to learn and apply the process and change your life.


Don’t worry - it won’t take over your whole life. You will download the Neurocycle App, and we will meet on zoom once a week for 9 weeks. Our first meeting on zoom is on Tuesday, January 6, 2025 at 5pm.  You will spend 10 to 30 minutes max every single day doing work with the Neurocycle (I will explain it in detail once you sign up) for a total of 63 days. It’s all very structured and organized.


Of course you can do this on your own as well, and if you do, bless you and go ahead. But I found that it’s so much easier to stick with a practice when you have community to do it together and inspire and support each other. Don’t worry: you don’t have to be vulnerable and share your most intimate secrets. You can be as authentic and involved as you choose to be.


When you participate in the group, you will have access to me in our weekly group coaching session, where I help you, direct you, and go deeper if needed.

  • What is the process?

    The process takes 63 days. Every day you will follow prompts in the app (I will provide a link for you to download it). Then, once a week for 9 weeks, you will meet with me and our group on zoom and walk through what you have gathered from the daily work.

  • How does the Neurocycle work?

    The Neurocycle program is a 5-step process designed to help you manage your mind and build resilience through scientifically-backed techniques.

  • What is the cost?

    My course is $89, and then you will buy the app, which costs $29.99 for a 3 months subscription. Or you can get a one-year subscription for $99.99 (which you might want to do because you might want to keep doing the Neurocycle).

  • What is the daily time commitment?

    You will spend between 10 minutes to no more than 30 minutes a day with the app and your journal, and then once a week an hour with our group on zoom.

  • When do we start?

    Our first meeting on zoom is on Tuesday, January 6, 2025 at 5pm. Then we will meet every Tuesday for a total of 9 weeks, so our last meeting is March 3. You don't have to attend every week - we will have a recording. But if you crave community and my personal coaching support, being live is best!

  • Can I add more sessions?
